Gas Distribution System & Pipeline Construction Arby Construction performs complete installation in all sizes normal to gas distribution systems and Pipeline Construction of steel and plastic mains and services (including house piping) for both new and renewal construction. The pipe is installed by the direct burial (trenching and vibratory plow planting), boring and insertion methods. Arby Construction was the first contractor in Wisconsin to successfully direct bury 6" plastic gas main. Telecommunication Construction Arby Construction is also an Installer of fiber optic, conduit and duct for outside plant construction including the construction of major fiber optic networks tat are completed within the time frame established by our clients. Electric Utility Construction Arby Construction has the capability to install underground steel carrier pipe, cable, and duct lines, and steam piping, along with the construction of manholes and vaults of electrical systems. Pipe and Vessel Fabrication Welding of steel pipe and vessels, fusion of plastic piping for gas, telcom and water projects are accomplished by our certified welders and fusers. Directional Drilling In an ever increasing effort to perform work that is environmentally safer, Arby Construction has a number of, "state of the art" directional drilling machines available for underground boring. Directional Drilling is a specialized method of underground construction in which Arby Construction personnel can direct a drill head under an obstacle and back to the surface with little or no open cutting. Arby Construction owns and operates both large and small boring machines Sewer Camera We can visually inspect and locate sewer laterals before construction begins with our Sewer Lateral Evaluation Television System.
